Job Responsibilities
- Undergo structured training in store operations, including cashiering, beverage preparation, inventory management, hygiene, and customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in staff training, shift planning, and daily team management.
- Learn and apply company standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and service excellence.
- Assist in analyzing store performance data and support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-department rotations (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain) to gain a broad understanding of the business.
- Contribute to new store openings, marketing promotions, and other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Passionate about the F&B and retail industry and willing to learn from ground operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive customer service mindset.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates leadership potential.
