Job Description

Enforce company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.
Supervise staff during operations.
Manage junior staff and assist other managers.
Setting targets and analyse sales for the month as well as to assist with administrative duties.
Responsible to ensure that the service standards of the restaurant are met by all staff.
Speak to customers and be prepared to deal with any problems or customer feedback.
Handle customer complaints during Manager's absence.
Handle non-halal food.
To ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
Provide staff with support and training.
