Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client servicing operations to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
- Oversee coordination between internal teams and clients to ensure projects and deliverables are executed smoothly
- Manage client relationships by understanding business needs and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests
- Monitor service performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Guide and mentor team members to strengthen service quality, communication, and client engagement capabilities
- Participate in business meetings and strategic discussions to support service growth and operational alignment
- Review workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and improve overall client experience
- Prepare management reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
