Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client servicing operations to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Oversee coordination between internal teams and clients to ensure projects and deliverables are executed smoothly
  • Manage client relationships by understanding business needs and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests
  • Monitor service performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Guide and mentor team members to strengthen service quality, communication, and client engagement capabilities
  • Participate in business meetings and strategic discussions to support service growth and operational alignment
  • Review workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and improve overall client experience
  • Prepare management reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • A strong passion for business, strategy, and leadership
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to take on new challenges
