MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company's inventory management systems.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through IT system enhancements.
• Integrate sales, procurement, warehousing (including cold storage), and distribution systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Lead IT projects related to order tracking, cold chain monitoring, and customer data systems.
• Manage and maintain databases, user access control, and data security.
• Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure proper reporting and dashboard automation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors or software providers for system upgrades and support.
• Train and support internal users on IT systems and software tools.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or inventory management systems.
• Experience working with cold chain or food-related systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure
