We are looking for a Management Executive to support the daily operations and management of our restaurant. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, compliance with regulations, and efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Assist management in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower planning
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met
- Handle administrative duties such as documentation, reports, filing, and correspondence
- Assist in inventory control, purchasing, and cost monitoring
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
- Support implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational improvements
- Assist in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
- Prepare management reports (sales, costs, operational performance)
- Handle customer feedback and assist in service recovery when required
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
