Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all service offerings.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Provide tailored consultations and build trusted relationships with expecting and new mothers.
  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service aligned with the wellness journey of clients.
  • Maintain strong client retention through personalized follow-up and care.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales and front-desk team to achieve performance standards.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service etiquette.
  • Foster a positive and professional work culture focused on collaboration and results.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure seamless appointment flow and client experience.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales records, package usage, and client information in CRM systems.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, wellness campaigns, and referral initiatives.
  • Represent the brand in workshops, events, and wellness collaborations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to help refine offerings.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the wellness, healthcare, or beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, client-centric approach.
  • Passion for maternal wellness and delivering exceptional service.
