Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor and lead Service Department staff to ensure growth of business and improvement of profitability.

  • Oversee the development and management of service customer base.
  • Assist General Manager in the development of the Preventative Maintenance business.
  • Provide technical advice to potential customers regarding servicing of Company's products.
  • Prepare quotations for supply, repair, and installation of products.
  • Coordinate service staff to ensure clients is updated on service schedule.
  • Monitor overall quality standards for the service work carried out.
  • Liaise with client to ensure accurate paperwork details for manufacturing purpose.
  • Effectively negotiate and resolve any disputes.
  • Ensure invoice is prepared in a timely manner.
  • Comply to Company policies.

Job Requirement:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • With leadership experience
  • Ability to coordinate in paperwork / reporting preparation
  • Ability to cross sell company products and services
  • Good technical skill in maintenance and servicing
