Assist in the planning and execution of strategic business initiatives.
Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
Project coordination, assist in planning, executing, and monitoring internal projects and Liaise with different departments to ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on business performance.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management.
Ensure operational processes are running efficiently and suggest improvements.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Adaptable, proactive, eager to learn, willing to take challenge, resposiblility and multitasking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
