Conceptualise, plan and execute management and staff-focused events for Division based on requirements, objectives and target audience
Ideate new ways to enhance existing events and develop campaigns in line with the company's direction to engage our staff effectively
Work with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Resources, Group) to drive events deliverables and execute events efficiently
Liaise and coordinate with venue management, caterers, contractors on equipment and logistics hire to support event requirements
Plan, design and develop internal communication platforms through creative design of publicity collateral work and digital media strategies ie. Newsletter, Social Media Content and Communication Channels
Plan and coordinate relevant training and courses for staff development and skillset upgrade
Requirements:
You should have a minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline from a recognised University
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
Experience/Knowledge in media production ie. Videography, Video/Photo Editing Software would be a plus.
