Job Scope:
. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized therapy plans.
. Monitor and track patient progress and outcomes.
. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
. Provide support and guidance to therapy staff.
. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in therapy practices.
. Oversee and manage patient therapy programs
Requirements:
