Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to analyze information and prepare reports
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsible, proactive, and well-organized
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Willingness to support extended hours when operationally required
Experience in compliance, documentation, or audit support is an advantage
