MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
. Oversee daily operations, staff deployment, scheduling, and workflow supervision.
. Ensure strict compliance with organisational procedures and service standards at all times.
. Handle operational issues, complaints, and urgent matters independently and efficiently.
. Conduct regular staff monitoring and performance follow-ups.
. Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service standards.
. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support administrative operations.
. Oversee and coordinate execution of events and operational activities as assigned by Management.
. Required to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.

Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
. Candidates with supervisory or management experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities are essential.
. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Able to handle high-pressure situations and long working hours when required.
. Expected to respond promptly to operational matters outside normal working hours if necessary.
