Job Description

About The Role

As an Associate Director within Accenture's Supply Chain & Enterprise practice, you will help organizations redesign operations, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver sustainable business value through transformation initiatives. This role is part of a broader global initiative to align commercial talent into regional consulting practices, bringing together deep industry expertise, delivery excellence, and growth-focused client engagement.

You will work with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation agendas across supply chain, sourcing and procurement, operating model design, and AI-enabled business processes while contributing to practice growth and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and transformation engagements across supply chain, procurement, and enterprise functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value-led transformation roadmaps that align operational priorities with strategic objectives.
  • Advise clients on cost transformation initiatives, operating model redesign, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate complex problem-solving workshops and guide cross-functional teams through solution development and decision-making.
  • Drive sourcing and procurement transformation programs, including category strategy, spend optimization, supplier performance, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence, AI agents, and workflow integration capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and decision quality.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while identifying opportunities for expanded value creation.
  • Support sales origination activities including deal qualification, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to bring Accenture's innovation, reinvention frameworks, and industry-leading methodologies to clients.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, procurement consulting, enterprise transformation, or a related advisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing business cases and transformation strategies for large-scale organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, sourcing and procurement processes, and business process design.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, facilitate workshops, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience supporting business development activities, including opportunity identification, deal qualification, and proposal development.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Resources, or other products-focused industries.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven transformation, intelligent workflows, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Experience leading cost transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Relevant professional certifications in supply chain, procurement, project management, or transformation methodologies.
