As a Management Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within a wide range of clients in the financial sector (banking and capital markets, insurance, asset management and other financial institutions). As a team, you deliver complex projects that transform the way business is being done and help companies to adopt new ways of working.

The Role

As a Management Consultant, you will work with leading Banking and Insurance clients on strategic transformation, process optimization, technology modernization, and large-scale business change initiatives. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across business strategy, operating model design, process reengineering, enterprise architecture, PMO, and business analysis.

We are looking for candidates who bring:

  • Hands-on experience across core insurance functions (e.g., policy administration, claims, distribution/broker management, etc.), with the ability to understand business processes from the customer's perspective.
  • Proven track record supporting business and technology transformation programmes, including operating model design, process reengineering, technology modernisation, and large-scale change initiatives.
  • Ability to gather, document and analyse business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs, and to translate these into clear process flows and business requirement documents.
  • Skilled at facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current-state assessments, and at managing relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience providing Project Management Office support, including project planning, governance, executive reporting, risk/issue management, and steering committee coordination.
  • Experience with developing proposals, conducting market research, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or comparable, with 2-6 years of professional experience.
  • Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII/ACII) or knowledge of insurance regulation (e.g., IFRS17) are an advantage, but not a must.
  • Experience in the insurance sector and/or management consulting is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence or convince.
  • Enthusiastic and keen attitude to developing knowledge in existing and upcoming technologies.
  • Strong self-management skills, able to manage own workload to complete assigned tasks to time and quality.
