The Work
Manage strategic consulting engagements in capital markets and wealth management, including front-office transformation, digital enablement, operating model design, and regulatory compliance.
Worked closely with C-level stakeholders to identify business needs, define strategic objectives, and deliver tailored solutions aligned to client goals.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments within the financial services landscape.
Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and internal knowledge sharing
Job Qualifications:
With consulting experience in financial services, with a strong focus on capital markets and/or wealth management.
Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs or complex strategic initiatives.
Deep understanding of capital markets (e.g., trading platforms, front-to-back processes, regulatory frameworks) and/or wealth management (e.g., client lifecycle, portfolio management, advisory tools).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in or with top consulting firms is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
