Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for an Associate Management Consultant. The role involves identifying business challenges, providing strategic recommendations, and implementing effective solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, consulting on financial and management strategies, and supporting operational improvements to enhance client outcomes. Exceptional communication and collaboration with teams and clients will be integral to ensuring long-term success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Management Consulting and Consulting practices.
• Proven ability to apply Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in Finance and understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Knowledge of Business Processes and proficiency in optimizing operations for efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and contribute to dynamic and collaborative team environments.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
