Responsibillities
- Join our 2-year Management Trainee Programme to become a Shop Manager through structured retail training.
- Progress through roles from Customer Service Executive to Shop Manager with hands-on and leadership exposure.
- Learn sales, customer service, inventory, people management, and store operations.
- Includes quarterly presentations, team coaching, and sales performance management.
Requirements
- Degree holders
- Training provided
- Able to work retail hours (10am10pm or 11am10pm), 4.5 days/week
- Willing to travel across outlets in Singapore when required
- Presentable and sales-driven
