Job Summary
The Management Associate will support Senior Management in strategic projects and daily operations across multiple departments, preparing for a future managerial role with exposure to Engineering, Property, and Digital segments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with C-Suite and Senior Management to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive organizational goals
- Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and support business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market studies to inform strategic decisions for the Group
- Research specific industries and sectors to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations to Senior Management
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage ad-hoc assignments including Board-related matters and company campaigns to support organizational initiatives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a local university
- 1-2 years of experience in the built environment sector fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement
- Analytical skills applied to research and business process improvement
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within teams
- Ability to work independently while maintaining an open-minded and team-oriented approach
