Position: Management Associate
Location: Singapore
Work Week: 6 days
Availability: Must keep phone on standby after working hours for emergencies
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Coordinate with technicians and support staff to schedule and manage service appointments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage emergency calls and coordinate after-hours responses as needed.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines and according to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor company policies, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and service processes.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies for business growth and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work 6 days a week and be on standby for emergency situations outside of standard working hours.
- Previous experience in management or operations within the service or HVAC industry is a plus.
