Role Description The Management Associate Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. Management Associates will support senior consultants and leaders in managing projects, analyzing financial data, and preparing client-facing materials. Responsibilities include assisting with financial planning processes, coordinating training sessions, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to operational improvements within the agency. Associates will participate in strategy meetings, help implement initiatives that reinforce the agency's values and learning culture, and provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing client engagements. The role offers structured development, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of financial services and agency management.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Foundational understanding of finance or financial services, or a keen interest in developing expertise in this domain.
  • Project management skills to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and support agency operations.
  • Training and facilitation skills, or the ability to support learning programs and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
  • Singapore Citizens and PR preferred.
