Job Description

Job Title: Management Associate (School Programmes & Growth) – Maker Education & Sustainability

Salary: SGD 2,800–3,700/month

Location: Singapore (Hybrid Work Mode)

We work with schools and institutions to implement hands-on, real-world learning experiences that develop students problem-solving, creativity, and systems thinking.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of school programmes, including business development, client management, programme delivery, and financial performance (P&L).

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Ownership

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with schools and partners
  • Build and manage a pipeline of programmes (e.g. MakerCart, Repair@School, sustainability programmes)
  • Lead client discussions, pitches, and conversions
  • Own revenue targets for assigned portfolio

2. P&L Ownership (Programme-Level)

  • Manage programme budgets, costing, and margins
  • Make decisions on pricing within defined guidelines
  • Track programme profitability and resource allocation
  • Balance quality delivery with cost efficiency

3. Client Management (End-to-End)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned schools
  • Manage all communications from pre-sale to post-programme
  • Build long-term relationships and secure repeat engagements
  • Handle feedback and ensure client satisfaction

4. Programme Management & Execution

  • Plan and manage programme timelines, schedules, and logistics
  • Coordinate resources (materials, facilitators, equipment)
  • Ensure smooth execution across all sessions
  • Independently resolve operational issues

5. Programme Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitate maker education, sustainability, and design thinking programmes
  • Guide students through hands-on activities (e.g. prototyping, repair, digital making)
  • Ensure strong engagement and classroom management
  • Adapt delivery to different school contexts

6. Programme Adaptation & Continuous Improvement

  • Adapt existing programmes to meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery, efficiency, and outcomes
  • Provide feedback into central programme design

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare post-programme reports and required documentation
  • Track programme outcomes, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Maintain organised records for all assigned programmes

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Education, STEM, Sustainability, or related field
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage both revenue and execution
  • Confident facilitator, comfortable working with students (primary to secondary)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Good financial awareness (budgeting, costing, margins)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with maker education, sustainability, or design thinking is a plus
  • Facilitation experience
  • Leadership experience

Success Indicators

  • Ability to independently build and manage a programme pipeline
  • Strong programme profitability and cost control
  • High client satisfaction and repeat engagements
  • Smooth execution with minimal escalation
  • Ability to manage multiple programmes concurrently
