Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our inaugural Management Associate program. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business operations while also supporting the development and implementation of compliance programs necessary to maintain the security, compliance, and efficiency of our custody services. This role demands a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, relevant regulatory frameworks, and operational best practices.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Assist with client interactions, manage client inquiries, requests, onboarding, and periodic review processes in collaboration with internal teams for seamless execution
- Support the development, documentation and compliant adherence of SOPs for the departments
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow up on outstanding issues, and provide feedback on system malfunctions, gaps, and upgrades
- Identify and optimize areas for operational improvement, implement processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance program in line with regional and international regulations supporting CO/MLROs
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Coordinate with local teams to align in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations
- Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs for employees
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate with up to 3 years of experience, ideally with a background in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Strong time management, project management
- Interest in blockchain, fintech, or Web3 infrastructure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Handle confidential data with discretion
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and basic project tracking tools
- Curious, self-driven, meticulous, analytical, and a proactive problem solver
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and writing skills

- Familiar with FATF standards and regulatory guidelines
- Proficiency in mandarin and any other languages
