Management Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Managing Director, following instructions and supporting executive decision making.
2. Conduct research in market analysis, perform competitor benchmarking, gather and interpret customer insight to support strategic initiative.
3. Assist in preparing report, presentation.
4. Participate in business trip as required.
5. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirement / Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred, but not essential).
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and work productively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
