About the Management Trainee Programme

Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for fresh graduates who want broad exposure to a growing technology business.

Over the course of the programme, you will rotate across multiple departments to gain hands-on experience in operations, customer success, product implementation, project management, business development and technology.

This programme is designed to help you:

• Understand how a high-growth PropTech company operates

• Build communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Gain real-world exposure to technology products and operations

• Develop leadership and project management capabilities

• Discover the area where you can grow and excel long-term

Upon successful completion, you may be placed into a permanent role based on your strengths, interests and business needs.

Training Rotations & Exposure

Product, Design & Technology Exposure (Approximately 2 Months)

• Gain exposure to how iCondo apps and smart technologies are designed and developed

• Work alongside product, design and development teams

• Observe how new features are conceptualised, tested and launched

• Learn how user feedback translates into product improvements

• Understand how technology products go from idea to real-world implementation

• Experience the impact of products used daily by thousands of residents

Customer Success & Application Support (Approximately 2 Months)

• Learn how residents and management teams use the iCondo ecosystem daily

• Gain exposure to mobile apps, web platforms and CRM systems

• Develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Understand customer experience management and service excellence

• Learn how technology products are supported at scale

Project Management & Implementation (Approximately 3 Months)

• Learn how iCondo solutions are customised and deployed for clients

• Participate in implementation planning, testing, launch and audits

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across operations and technology teams

• Develop project coordination and timeline management skills

• Gain exposure to real-world technology deployment projects

Business Development & Partnerships (Approximately 3 Months)

• Join client meetings, presentations and partnership discussions

• Learn how technology solutions are positioned to clients

• Gain exposure to sales strategy, proposal preparation and business pitching

• Support collaboration opportunities and market expansion initiatives

• Understand how partnerships contribute to company growth

Operations & Client Management (Approximately 2 Months)

• Understand operational workflows across different condominium projects

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to support daily operations

• Learn stakeholder communication and issue resolution

• Gain insight into how technology improves estate management efficiency

AGM & Property Management Exposure (Approximately 2 Months)

• Gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of condominium property management

• Learn how Management Corporations (MCSTs), councils and managing agents operate

• Understand the regulatory framework governing condominiums, including the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act

• Experience how Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are planned and conducted

• Support live AGM operations, stakeholder coordination and onsite execution

• Learn how technology supports modern AGM and estate management operations

• Develop exposure to governance, communication and community management in large residential developments
