Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for fresh graduates who want broad exposure to a growing technology business.
Over the course of the programme, you will rotate across multiple departments to gain hands-on experience in operations, customer success, product implementation, project management, business development and technology.

Support live AGM operations, stakeholder coordination and onsite execution
Learn how technology supports modern AGM and estate management operations
Develop exposure to governance, communication and community management in large residential developments
University or Polytechnic graduates
Curious, driven and willing to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
