Position Summary:
We are seeking a fresh graduate to join us as a Management Associate, working closely with senior leadership across multiple business functions. This is a high-trust, high-exposure role designed for someone eager to learn how a company operates from the inside. You'll have the opportunity to engage in strategic and operational work, travel across the region, and contribute directly to the company's growth journey.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly discreet, adaptable, and motivated to grow alongside the business. This role demands initiative, flexibility, and a long-term mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with senior management on cross-functional projects and daily operations
- Analyze and interpret financial documents, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist in preparing reports, internal documents, and business presentations
- Support confidential HR and payroll-related processes with utmost discretion
- Travel within the APAC region on short notice (up to 2 weeks per month)
- Participate in meetings and follow up on action items across departments
- Continuously ask questions and seek understanding to improve business decisions
- Take initiative to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Banking
- Strong foundational understanding of financial statements and business concepts
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly trustworthy and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality
- Flexible and open to frequent regional travel (with 48 hours notice)
- Proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed; views this role as a long-term opportunity
- Curious and confident in asking questions and seeking clarity when needed
