We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Associate for Food & Beverage (F&B). This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in hospitality management. you will undergo comprehensive training and development in various aspects of F&B operations, including but not limited to, customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and team leadership. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training sessions to learn about F&B operations, company policies, and industry standards
- Rotate through different departments within the F&B division to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities.
- Assist in ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations of the F&B outlets, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Learn and implement procedures for inventory management, stock control, and cost optimization.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to coordinate activities and maintain high-quality standards
- Assist in conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall F&B operations and guest experience.
- Adapt and apply feedback received from supervisors to enhance performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends as required by the operational schedule
- Willingness to work night shifts, (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
