Job Description
- Manage enquiries and requests via the College of Design and Engineering (CDE) Coursework Programmes mailbox, working with the Postgraduate (PG) team to attend to programme-related enquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Office of Graduate Programmes (OGP) operations.
- Execute the meticulous review, and processing of applications and academic credential verification.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and maintain accurate and confidential records of all admissions and examination activities.
- Manage all administrative processes pertaining to academic matters, including admissions student candidature, registration, and examinations.
- Assist in committee meeting secretariat support.
- Assist in shared services across coursework, research, and Continuing Education and Training (CET) duties, as and when required.
- Assist in orientation, and commencement duties.
Qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office IT applications.
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Meticulous and organised.
- Proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, and know when to escalate matters.
- Able to collaborate and engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Possesses a service-oriented mindset.
