About the role

As a Management Accountant, youll be responsible for overseeing and managing financial activities across multiple entities within the Group, focusing on APAC (HK, Singapore, Australia, China and Japan). Through reporting, analysis and control, this role provides the opportunity to shape financial insights that underpin strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to support the organisations financial planning, decision-making and overall performance across the APAC region
• Supporting all aspects of finance operations, reporting and statutory compliance, from preparing timely and accurate financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheets, cashflow reports) to overseeing intercompany transactions and supporting with audits.
• Partnering with the regional leadership teams and projects across TGP to develop strong working practices
• Analysing and reporting on TGPs financial health to the relevant financial controller
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy and data integrity, ensuring they are followed and adhered to
• Manage the relationship with our AP / AR contractor to ensure performance targets and compliance across our processes are met

About you

• Degree educated in finance, accounting or related field.
• Ideally we are looking for a qualified accountant, but will also welcome applications from those that are part qualified / finalists with great experience.
• Proven experience in financial accounting or financial analysis, with experience working in a multinational or group organisation
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and relevant regulations
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis utilising spreadsheets and financial software (eg Excel, Power BI, etc)
• Detailed orientated, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system would be advantageous
