The Job:
Business Development & Strategy Establish and grow a residential water treatment business in Malaysia and Indonesia, including defining market entry strategies, building distribution networks, and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
Growth Planning & Financial Management Develop and execute a progressive 5-year plan target alongside preparing and presenting annual budgets.
Distributor Management & Capability Building Oversee distributor performance through contract management, structured training programs, and regular performance evaluations.
Supply Chain & Product Alignment Collaborate closely with the HQ team to ensure timely product supply, optimal inventory levels, and alignment of product offerings with market needs, along with responsive technical support.
Stakeholder Reporting & Coordination Provide regular performance updates to management in HQ, including frequent travel to maintain strong coordination and alignment.
The Talent:
Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
5 - 10 years channel sales/start up/greenfield experience in premium household water filter, treatment, solution or home appliances
