The Opportunity

• Work hours: 5 days work week, 8.5 hours, timing is based on retail operating hours
• Salary: up to $2,400 (depending on experience) + Commission structure + Comprehensive benefits

Adecco is partnering with a global luxury beauty brand known for its makeup, fragrance, and skincare. We are seeking a Makeup Advisor to join the team. You will provide expert beauty consultations, personalised product recommendations, and professional makeup services to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong brand loyalty.

The Job

• Provide makeup advice based on customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve sales targets by promoting luxury makeup products
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Maintain attractive product displays in line with brand standards
• Support store events and promotions

The Talent

• Must have prior beauty retail or customer service experience in a luxury boutique store (training provided)
• Interest in makeup techniques and products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused
• Professional presentation in a customer-facing retail environment
