Profile - Major Incident Manager - Network

Requirement:
5-10 years of progressive experience specifically in Major Incident Management.
Strong, demonstrable understanding of the ITIL Framework, particularly Incident and Problem Management principles. Basic technical knowledge and working understanding of key network technologies (e.g., ILL, VPN, transmission, and SDWAN).
A Degree/Diploma, preferably in BTECH or a related field. ITIL and other relevant technical certifications are a distinct advantage.
