Maintenance Technician (Warehouse & Facilities)

Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain warehouse equipment, material handling equipment, transport vehicles, office equipment, and facility systems and other related equipment.

• Install, modify, inspect, and maintain warehouse racking and shelving systems to support operational requirements.

• Carry out on-site installation and setup of fixtures and equipment for business projects.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime and ensure equipment availability.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.

• Maintain maintenance records and service documentation.

• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety policies and occupational health and safety regulations.

• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Recognized Technical Qualification for Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering, Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good attention to detail with a strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse operations and external vendors.

• Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple maintenance requests.

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
