What You Will Do
- To maintain and repair plant machinery and facilities equipment
- Able to isolate faults, troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems
- Perform corrective/ preventive maintenance on facility equipment and production machinery
- Liaise with vendors/contractors for machine spares and maintain adequate critical spare parts
- Identify, involve and improve equipment performance
- Make modification and improvement on machines performance
- Able to interpret technical drawings
- Update daily work report in CMMS system
- Support and participate in Employee Health & Safety, Quality & CORE activities
- Support and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Carry out any other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Must Have
- Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet tasks
- Knowledge and experience in PLC and automation with an Electrical license will be advantageous
- Ability to read simple electrical/mechanical diagrams will be an advantage
- A good team player who possesses high initiative and energy
- Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts
