Maintenance Technician
Basic Salary: $3000-$4000 (Gross salary around $3500-$4500)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Description
- Handle Building maintenance, upgrading and repair of our amenities and facilities including power distribution systems, ACMV, fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary and compressed air systems etc.- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.- Coordinate and perform basic to intermediate repairs and adjustments to maintain a safe and well-maintained working environment.- Maintain / Troubleshoot production machinery and equipment to ensure minimal break down and down time of the equipment by problem identification- Perform routine checks, maintenance, improvement and upgrading of machineries and equipment, perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and able to repair basic equipment including mechanical and electrical systems.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, machinery, or systems.

Job Requirements. Possess NITEC in Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or its equivalent. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair work in manufacturing industry. PC literate (MS Office). Require to be on standby call. 5days work week, willing to do overtime if required
