The Role: A leading heavy-industry organization is looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to support daily plant operations. This is a hands-on role involving heavy maintenance, condition monitoring, and contractor supervision.
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot and repair critical rotating equipment (Compressors, Pumps, Diesel Engines).
- Conduct major maintenance on valves (Control valves/Manual valves) and piping components.
- Execute machinery condition monitoring and field data collection.
- Act as a site supervisor for external vendors/contractors, ensuring quality work and safety compliance.
- Support the production team with mechanical system testing and troubleshooting.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience: 3+ years in a high-hazard environment (Oil & Gas / Petrochem).
- Skills: Familiar with LOTO, PTW systems, and SAP.
- CERT: Must be physically fit and willing to be part of the Emergency Response Team (Firefighting/Rescue duties).
