Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilites:

. Troubleshoot equipment related problems to minimize equipment downtime.

. Benchmark equipment for technology advancement.

. Manage equipment suppliers to ensure that the delivery meet specification, cost and time.

. Install and setup new equipment as well as equipment connectivity.

. Buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to meet specification.

. Conduct training for new equipment implementation.

. Responsible for ensuring equipment UPH, uptime and set-up time targets are met.

. Maintain good housekeeping in production area and ensuring good safety practice.

. Provide and maintain preventive maintenance specifications to meet ISO requirements.
