COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading distributor of alcoholic beverages in Singapore, managing a strong portfolio of global spirits, beers, and wines. The company operates a premier industrial facility at Pasir Panjang and is expanding its facilities team to support ongoing operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of building facilities including HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, electrical systems, generators, lighting, and related equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning and compliance of all facility-related systems.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, maintenance feedback, and operational issues.
Coordinate and liaise with external contractors and service providers for repair and preventive maintenance works.
Inspect facilities regularly and report any irregularities or potential maintenance concerns.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.
Manage inventory, including tracking maintenance parts, consumables, and spare items.
Support maintenance works across the company's property portfolio when required.
Minor concrete patching and structural repairs
Crack repair and sealing for walls, floors, and ceilings
Plastering, skim coating, tiling repair and replacement
Grouting and re-grouting works
Wall chasing and reinstatement following M&E works
Application of sealants (silicone and PU sealant)
Electrical & Plumbing Works
Replacement of light fittings, switches, and power sockets
Repair or replacement of sanitary fittings (taps, basins, WC accessories)
Minor plumbing repairs including leakage, blockage, and pipe joint issues
Replacement of damaged electrical trunking and conduits
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
Able to perform basic electrical hands-on works and simple maintenance jobs independently.
Capable of interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
