Assist Supervisor and Facility Manager in maintenance, parts replacement and repair of refrigeration system, production, store and other facility equipment and machinery
Perform daily temperature recording and monitor temperature of cold rooms
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of facility equipment, eg. Cooling tower, evaporative condenser, air con, refrigeration system and other critical equipment.
Handle regular maintenance of reach truck, forklift and production machines.
Perform basic electrical repair and replacement of electrical and light fixtures.
Assist in the maintenance of building mechanical and electrical systems and services.
Troubleshoot issues relating to security system such as barrier, main gate & etc, fire alarm checking, showroom freezer power trip and other critical breakdowns.
Assist in container parking, plug in of unit into power socket, monitor as well as record container's temperature.
Handle pallet racking repair, any other carpentry work, welding and painting works.
Responsible for general landscaping work and horticulture maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Refrigeration system Cold Room, Electrical, Air-conditioning or related fields. Experience in blazing, compressor, evaporator and condenser systems.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex issues
5.5 days work week and available to work standby duties when required
