KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment.

2. Repair of mobile medical equipment (wheelchairs, shower trolleys, etc.) and other equipment/furniture.

3. Perform electrical works (laying of cables, etc.).

4. Perform plumbing works inclusive of clearing of chokes.

5. Assist in painting.

6. Assist in logistical set-up for events held at the Home.

7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Air-conditioning / Building Services / Engineering

• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience

• Knowledge and experience in M&E works are required

• Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchairs, shower trolleys, etc.) maintenance is an added advantage

• Able to use the digital Work Order Management System

• Able to handle heavy loads (more than 30kg)

• On the job training will be provided

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and basic English to support Mandarin-speaking residents OR Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
