- Carry out minor civil and finishing works including concrete patching, crack repairs, plastering, tiling, grouting, and sealant application.
- Perform basic M&E-related rectification such as wall chasing, making good works, replacement of light fittings, switches, sockets, trunking, and conduits.
- Conduct minor plumbing and sanitary repairs including leaks, blockages, taps, basins, and WC accessories.
- Ensure repair works are completed safely, neatly, and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works, prior handyman or maintenance experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit, hands-on, and comfortable with manual and on-site work.
