Responsibilities:
. As the overall owner of the maintenance technical solutions, responsible for network stability and robustness, coordination of customer resources during accident recovery, and customer care after accident recovery.
. Based on maintenance contract, considering the regional network assurance strategy to make network assurance delivery plan, identify risks in advance and organize resources to delivery in time. Guarantee network stability and responsible for the project business results and customer satisfaction.
. Be responsible for the quality of Engineering to Maintenance handover, maintenance project initiation, regulate network inspections, identifying network major warnings and rectification requirements, develop technical contingency plans and being responsible for the quality of incident prevention.
. Cooperate with KAD to make sure the high-risk issues closed in time, Responsible for results of the closing.
. Be responsible for maintenance project members team building, performance management, project resources, plan execution and delivery quality
. Approve the network change plan for cross-products, manage and responsible for the result of network change for the feasibility and security of the change solution.
. Identify major issue and customer complaint, start management escalation and push customer to implement the solution in time, responsible for satisfaction of high-level customer
. Manage project team members (including short-term support staff) to comply with the red-line of network quality and network security, ensure the project delivery with safety and compliance, provide enablement for maintenance TLs/TEs, and be responsible for the improvement of the team technical capabilities.
. Assure the revenue in time, properly approve project labour hours, Responsible for achieving the maintenance project's business target
. Communicate with Key customers (operation and maintenance supervisor /CXO, etc.) routinely to present service value and improve maintenance service brand.
Requirements:
. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
. Minimum 4 years of experience specializing in cross-domain solution design and end-to-end delivery for Enterprise or Telecom projects.
. Experienced in mid-level customer engagement.
. Hold professional certifications such as HCIP Datacom, HCIP-Cloud or equivalent industry-recognized certificates.
. Experience managing network health and manged services for core enterprise customer across sectors like Finance, OTT, Healthcare or Government.
. Experience in leading preventive maintenance activities, including software/hardware rectification, vulnerability patching, or lifecycle planning for large-scale infrastructure.
. Strong background in network resilience, including performing topology refreshes, contingency plan & drills, and high-availability switchover testing.
. Experience spearheading technical enablement or training programs for maintenance teams and partners regarding risk management and operational workflows.
. Ability to coordinate technical resources and strategic planning to ensure the fulfilment of maintenance project commitments.
. Must be a responsible person, pro-active and customer-oriented.
. Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
. Excellent team player with good initiative and ability to perform under pressure and work in fast paced environment.
. Flexible in work time arrangement as this role may require performing night duty as per job request.
. Willing to work on shift & on night-time standby as required.
