As an Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Lead, train, and coordinate the maintenance team while assigning and monitoring work orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance issues.
- Maintain and inspect building systems, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure rooms and facilities are operational and guest-ready.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, maintenance standards, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors, ensuring quality of work and safety compliance.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventory, and equipment documentation.
- Monitor spare parts, maintenance supplies, utility usage, and support cost and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support a high standard of guest satisfaction with minimal operational disruption.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hospitality operations experience in hospitality industry.
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management position.
