Maintenance Service Engineer

As Maintenance Service Engineer, you will be collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of software, mechanical, electrical & electronics, systems Engineers and Managers to support the Ops & Support (O&S) project. Your role includes maintaining the operational systems and equipment, as well as providing on-site engineering support. This role required some basic understanding of engineering system drawings and a steady hand in using proper tooling for the tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine Preventive & Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures
• Support System Lead/Team Lead/Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance with maintenance contractual agreement
• Perform fault diagnostics and provide recommendations to System Lead/Team Lead on corrective/remedial actions
• Participate in sea trial to support the deployment of equipment as on-site engineer
• Be part of the team that train clients about the system and hardware integration's procedures, its implementation, and its use
• Support System Lead/Team Lead in Installation, Checkout, Integration and Testing (ICIT) activities of the projects assigned.
• Operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors
• Required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent discipline
• A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field is an added advantage
• Able to perform duties effectively in outdoor environments
• Prior experience in System-Level Maintenance, preferably with communications system
• Possession of WSH certifications for workshop operations (i.e. Work-at-Height, Forklift operator etc) is a plus
• Effective communication skills - Written, verbal and interpersonal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, PowerPoint & Excel)
