Maintenance & Repair Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, site coordination, and maintenance activities related to our car wash machine systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and be capable of handling machine repair, maintenance coordination, and operational management independently.

Candidates with experience in Fuel Management Systems, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), automation systems, or machine servicing/repair are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management & Technical Support:

. Manage daily operations and coordinate project/site activities efficiently.

. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain car wash machines and related equipment.

. Diagnose machine issues and coordinate corrective maintenance works.

. Supervise site progress, manpower deployment, and maintenance schedules.

. Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

. Report operational updates, technical issues, and project progress directly to the Director.

. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out properly to minimize downtime.

Project & Vendor Coordination:

. Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers regarding operational and technical matters.

. Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance to ensure smooth project execution.

. Assist in project planning, machine installation coordination, and operational improvements.

. Resolve operational and machine-related issues promptly.

Administrative & Compliance Support:

. Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and operational documentation.

. Ensure operational and maintenance records are properly maintained.

. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.

. Support continuous operational and technical improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

o Car wash machine servicing/repair, or

o Fuel Management Systems, or

o M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) industry, or

o Equipment/machine maintenance industry

. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing machines/equipment is required.

. Strong technical problem-solving and leadership skills.

. Able to work independently and handle multiple operational tasks.

. Good communication and coordination skills.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools.

. Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

. 6 working days Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience in servicing automated systems, pumps, motors, control panels, or industrial equipment is an added advantage.

. Familiarity with maintenance planning, site operations, and technical troubleshooting is highly preferred.

. Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage.
