Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Engineer

Job Description:

- Lead a team to manage Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) activities (ie. Preventive maintenance/Corrective maintenance) for a fleet of Armament systems and ensure it's performed on schedule

- Responsible to ensure contractual monthly performances of Armament systems is met

- Required to prepare Service report, indentation of spares and coordination of works with customers and internal stakeholders

- Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the workshop

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering field, prefer Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering

- Knowledge in SAP and military armament systems will be preferred

- Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and lead a team

- Preferably candidate to possess class 3 driving license
