As Maintenance Planner / Scheduler - Oilfield Industrial Chemical, you're responsible in coordinating maintenance activities as required to meet local regulatory requirements, production demand, and customers expectations. Be involved in planning and coordinating facility PM (Preventive Maintenance) program, activities associated with facility equipment maintenance, ensure maximum uptime, and minimize impact to production.

As a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler - Oilfield Industrial Chemical, you will be responsible for:


  • Coordinating the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities in plants

  • Generating job scope and LOTO packages for all maintenance PMs in plants

  • Approving or processing CMMS/ Maximo maintenance service requests and assign priorities. Attend related meetings

  • Assessing daily break-ins to determine their priority then coordinate with operations to have the equipment locked out and mobilize maintenance.

  • Participating in safety, cost, quality improvement activities related to facility and equipment maintenance

  • Providing inputs for the maintenance and facility and equipment inventory management


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have ITE / Diploma in Mechanical / Instrument & Electrical or equivalent.

  • Have minimum 7 years of practical experience in planning / scheduling in a batch processing plant (Chemical Manufacturing)

  • Have good working knowledge and hands on experience with rotating, static & Instrument & Electrical equipment

  • Have Good collaboration skills, ability to work in groups and supervise the team

  • Have good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills,

  • Have ability to work off-hours and weekends, as needed

  • Have good oral and written communication skills

  • Have SAP or Maximo, Basic Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
