Job scope:
- Collaborate with functional team representatives to create comprehensive decommissioning and decontamination plans, including defined sequences and timelines for the project.
- Evaluate and streamline the project schedule while identifying the critical path.
- Coordinate 2D work execution with key internal stakeholders such as operations, engineering, logistics, and HSE teams.
- Perform risk assessments and establish strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Supervise contractors on-site activities during site preparation and decontamination/decommissioning phases.
- Create and enforce standard procedures and guidelines for decommissioning operations.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, industry best practices, and internal company policies.
- Identify and apply cost-saving measures and process efficiency enhancements.
- Develop, track, and update key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and project reports related to decommissioning.
- Serve as a certified Work Permit Receiver upon completion of Site Permit to Work (PTW) training and authorization.
- Prepare a detailed (Level 2.5) site demolition plan for input and use by demolition contractors.
