Job Summary
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities and resources to ensure timely execution of work orders, optimal equipment uptime, and compliance with established maintenance standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and scheduling of all Repair Maintenance (RM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure timely asset upkeep
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance work performed by Maintenance Technicians and External Contractors, ensuring compliance with safety requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and suppliers, coordinating maintenance-related activities
- Manage and maintain the Maintenance Master Data within the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Ensure accurate maintenance records and documentation are maintained for compliance and operational tracking
- Oversee procurement activities and inventory control for the Maintenance Team
- Provide technical support and evaluation for procurement processes
- Support and participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, facilities, or operations support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in data entry and document management with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity and knowledge with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
