Coordinate maintenance activities with internal technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure machinery and equipment remain operational.
Monitor and track preventive maintenance schedules for construction equipment, generators, excavators, vehicles, and other assets.
Liaise with service providers on repairs, servicing, inspections, and equipment breakdowns.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation in the ERP system.
Monitor equipment readiness and provide regular updates to stakeholders on maintenance status.
Assist in investigating equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate transportation arrangements for workers, materials, equipment, and site resources.
Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, dormitory operators, and project teams to support operational requirements.
Monitor daily deployment of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely delivery and collection of materials and personnel.
Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, and related documents for accuracy before collection or delivery.
Assist in managing workers transportation, accommodation logistics, and site mobilization arrangements.
Respond to operational enquiries and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve logistics issues.
Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation in the ERP system.
Process timesheets, leave applications, and logistics-related administrative tasks.
General Administration
Prepare reports, maintain records, and update operational databases.
Support department initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
Perform other ad-hoc duties related to maintenance, logistics, and operations support.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, logistics coordination, fleet management, facilities management, or construction operations.
Experience in the construction, marine, engineering, or industrial sector will be an advantage.
Familiarity with construction equipment such as excavators, generators, heavy vehicles, or machinery is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using ERP systems will be an advantage.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
Willing to travel between project sites, dormitories, and company premises when required.
