Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Tuas West, Singapore

Salary: $3,200 - $4,200 per month

Job Description

Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance of factory equipment and utilities

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimise downtime and improve machine reliability Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and equipment failures across production lines

Oversee maintenance of key plant utilities including air compressors, chillers, dryers, and auxiliary systems

Analyse equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance costs Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely maintenance without disrupting operations

Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for specialised servicing and technical support

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and compliance records Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment

Proven experience in handling air compressors, chillers, dryers, and factory machinery

Prior experience in supervisory or team lead role preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems basic electrical or automation knowledge is an advantage

Able to work independently and manage emergency breakdown situations effectively
